Les Arts et la Ville is a network that brings together nearly 600 members from across the French-speaking world. It’s also a network of experts who collaborate with the same objective in mind: to promote the corenforcement of communities through culture. Les Arts et la Ville is even the confluence of several networks, making possible a multitude of promising cross-sector collaborations.

Joining the Les Arts et la Ville network means having access to information, tools, training, coaching and networking activities to support you in the development of living environments, making culture both a means and a motor.

It means helping to ensure that the mission and growing action of this mobilizing network for the sustainable development of communities through culture will have an even greater impact. Because together, we’re stronger and we go further!

Who can become a member?

Municipalities, band councils, RCMs, associations of municipalities, businesses, organizations, professional associations, cultural workers, artists and any individual allied with culture.

In short: any organization or citizen interested in local cultural development!

If your employer is a member, you don’t need an individual membership: you have access to the discounts and services offered by the Les Arts et la Ville network.

Municipalities can become members independently or through their MRC. More details in the price list.

Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Annual membership runs from January1 to December 31. You can become a member at any time during the year, entitling you to certain benefits. However, regardless of when you join, your membership will end on December 31.

How do I become a member?

Would you like to become a member or renew your membership for 2024?

A new technological system is being implemented to facilitate membership and renewal for members of the Les Arts et la Ville network. A personalized member area will be dedicated to you on our website so that you can create or update your account information, view the status of your invoice and, possibly, access exclusive content.

To take advantage of these benefits, simply create your online account now, if you haven’t already done so. It’s quick and easy. This is the first step in integrating you into our new system.

If you have already created your account, your renewal notice and invoice for 2024 will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Annual General Meeting

Annual rendezvous for members

Members of the Les Arts et la Ville network are invited to take part in the organization’s annual general meeting, to be held this year in the presence of the public.

This event will allow you to learn more about the work accomplished by the team, the results and the activities held during the year 2023-2024.

Election of directors

This year, elections will be held for even-numbered directors’ seats.

create an account. However, for phase 1 of the project, it is especially important that the person
resource for your organization has created a member account.

Yes. We are still essentially at the stage of creating accounts in
our new system. Your renewal notice and invoice for 2024
will be delivered to you in the spring of 2024.

At the moment, some users may be experiencing difficulties with the names
with accents or special characters. We are investigating to correct this
problem. For the time being, please enter the member’s name without accents or special characters. Please send us a request for a correction by e-mail to membres@arts-ville.org and we will contact you as soon as possible.
We’ll deal with this later. It will also be possible to correct it yourself when the
member area configuration will be completed.

For the time being, it is not possible to modify your form once it has been
submitted. Please send us the correction by e-mail: membres@arts-villes.org.

The discount for members is around 40%, depending on the package. Registration is open until May 24. And if you haven’t yet received your membership invoice, don’t worry. In the meantime, you can take advantage of all discounts and
pay the membership invoice when you receive it.
